I hate it because they were so over the top helpful at first that when I had a serious problem they needed to fix I was so let down when they ignored my calls and basically threw their hands in the air when I finally did talk to them. Boy oh boy, they were jumping through hoops in the beginning then once they got my contract I turned into chopped liver. Now I'm stuck not being able to make any changes to my account because my name is it anywhere on my account; huh? What? How'd that...? that's a pretty big problem wouldn't you say?
